I'm not much help here, I'm afraid. It seems to me that the emoticons we have are included in the software Bethany purchased to build the site, and thus would have to be installed by the designers of the software programme. From my fairly limited IT abilities, I'd suspect that while such emoticons would be possible, there would also be a cost involved for the technical work that would have to be done. Perhaps the owner of the site could approach the software firm and find out what is involved. An alternative, but not a very good one, would be to design and scan your own, then format them using the string \image(bracket) (bracket) for moving a jpeg or gif from your hard drive. You definitely have a good idea for this and other sites, if we can find a way to implemement it. Maybe we should ask Bethany about this one. Maybe Amy has ideas? Ross | ||

You can also save them on your hard drive as you cruise the web and then put them into your post as you would a normal picture as Ross ha explained above. Some of the icons do work if you know the code...a smile would be : ) with no space and would display this  . Some people have used (*|*) for "Warm Bottom" in email for a long time, and (|) for "unspanked bottom". I suppose /(*|*)\ might be "spanked and cornerd". there is a sad face, and a tounge out face already -- perhaps those together could do for "pouting"? -Don A.
